The Summer holiday is coming to an end and that familiar feeling is creeping up your skin when you know it's time to get back to work again. 😞💪At the same time all the lovely memories from the past weeks are still in your head and you know from experience that after a few days things and emotions are back to normal again. 💛 The first day back at work is usually quite pleasant, meeting all the coworkers and chatting while having one or more Swedish fika's. However the second day may feel like worse than ever but after that things are getting better. 😉😅 How was your Summer? Did you get any rest? We're summing up a warm, sunny, rainy, happy, friendly Summer where we decided to stay in Sweden and visit great places and get alot of rest. At the end of last year we came up with an exciting idea to host our own first event after a few successful co hosted events last year in fashion, art and xmas. Music is our passion, but what if we could combine it with mindfulness, health and beauty? A theme that is crucial in our daily lives. To balance our regular full time jobs with music on Fridays, weekends and evenings, we want to stay healthy and are always looking for ways to feel better. We had the opportunity to work together with some dear friends that we have known for shorter or longer periods who are very professional in their fields and after a few months of planning it was finally time to make this possible! In the venue Allaktivitetshuset in Sundbyberg, in our home town we arranged the event "Kropp & Själ" in an old cinema theatre that has been remade for events and meetings for locals. Merry Christmas! We really got into the spirit of Christmas this evening when we co arranged the VIP event at Oldenstedt & Co to light up the festive season. An interesting mix of music, standup, fashion, art, hair and makeup were offered to the guests and the theme was of course "RED"! The arrangers Åke Bjurström and Maja Nelin together with the artists did an amazing job with all the preparations and this time we fixed the musical equipment and the evening was filled with great music and performances on stage as well as standup. We performed the Christmas songs Feliz Navidad and our own single Ge mig jul igen together with Rising Star our child choir who did a marvelous job. Yesterday they also performed live at Videohjälpen for charity, so we had two very busy days. Boom!! After a few months of preparations the day finally came when we got to host an event with a mix of interesting themes - fashion, music, art, hair, makeup, massage at the salon Oldenstedt & Co in the central of Stockholm.  The arrangers Åke Bjurström and Maja Nelin had done an amazing job with all the preparations and we assisted them as much as we could.
